The Mentoring Programme's main goal is to give members of the OIKOS community an avenue for personal guidance. By tapping into the experience and knowledge of Advisors, the Mentoring Programme will provide a unique perspective to students who feel lost or confused about what they want to achieve during their time in SOE and subsequently in the workforce. Mentors will be given an opportunity to share their wisdom, sharpen their leadership skills and connect with more of their fellow OIKOS community members.
