The Intern-Readiness Workshop is designed to equip students with practical skills to help them successfully transition to the workforce and present themselves effectively to employers and recruiters both on paper and in person. 

Beating the BOSS aims to teach incoming Freshmen how to navigate

the BOSS page, the basics of bidding,

as well as some additional tips to help students successfully bid for their modules. 

The Mentoring Programme aims help incoming Freshmen by pairing them with seniors who will share advice and tips on the SMU student life, academics and career prospects.

Mapping Your Major (MYM) aims to provide valuable insights to SOE students about our 5 available majors, and guide them in finding their ideal first or second major.

OIKOSConnect is a networking session to help SOE students familiarise themselves with various industries to enter after graduation and an opportunity to engage with various stakeholders in these industries.
