Interview Stream
Interview Stream is a to assist you in preparation for upcoming interviews for internships, jobs, or graduate or professional school admission. It is a simple, fun, and effective way to refine and master your interviewing skills.
Once you enter Ontrac, the right hand panel will contain links to Interview Stream. All you need is an email id to create an account and you are good to go! When you login to interview stream, on the top of the page you will see the following tabs:
Once you click home, you will see the dashboard you see below. It allows you functions as specified in the picture. You can watch a quick tutorial to understand how Interview Stream works, get expert tips, attend or conduct a webinar, watch a model interview and conduct one!
To conduct an interview, select the click interview tab, you can choose the general interview or personalize your own questions as you please. Next you will have to perform a quick connection test, select your webcam, adjust the microphone volume and then proceed to the interview.
Once you are done, you may request for a review. The resultant feedback will be emailed to you.
You can also view your interviews through the option on the tab. There are multiple annotation and review tools that you may use to your liking.
Rating
It is quite a unique tool which serves a very specific purpose. It is useful to get a rough idea on how you might present yourself. You can use this as a starter kit to brush up on your interview skills. It is still recommended that you request a mock interview with OCS for more detailed real time feedback.
